Efficacy of Long-term and Low-dose Luo Erythromycin Combined with Aminophylline in Treatment of
Patients with Bronchiectasis |

Abstract Objective: To investigate efficacy of long-term and low-dose Luo erythromycin combined with
aminophylline in treatment of patients with bronchiectasis. Method: From March 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital 112 patients with bronchiectasis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each contained 56 cases.The control group was treated by Luo erythromycin. On the basis of the control group,observation group was treated by aminophylline, additionally. Lung function, sputum volume, attack times, effectiveness were observed before and after 1 year of treatment. Result: Lung function, sputum volume, attack times of observation group were better than those of
the control group after 1 year of treatment, with a statistically significant difference( P<0.05). The total efficiency of the observation group( 95.4%) was better than that of the control group( 76.4%), with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Long-term and low-dose Luo erythromycin combined with aminophylline in treatment of patients with bronchiectasis showed sastifying efficacy and worthy of introduction.
