Abstract Objective： To observe the efficacy of the combination of tolterodine and electroacupuncture at Taixi and Neiguan in treating overactive bladder patients. Method： To divide 50 overactive bladder patients into two groups at random， and compare the overactive bladder symptom score， the patient perception of bladder condition， the quality of life and the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Result： The total efficiency and the rating value of the OABSS， PPBC，QOL of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P<0.05）. Conclusion： It’s an effective and safety therapeutic method for overactive bladder patients by the combination of tolterodine and electroacupuncture at Taixi and Neiguan.
