													     		                            						                            																	    Abstract  Objective: To measure length of left main coronary artery and classify with coronary artery CTA.
Method: To collecte vessel analysis images of 218 patients who underwent coronary artery CTA, and accurately measured their length of coronary artery left main, and according to classify with its length. Result: 218 subjects, the left main coronary arteries length distribution ranged from 0 to 23.9 mm, the length was 0 mm for lacking main-style, less than 5.4 mm for short-style, between 5.4 mm and 16.6 mm for normal-style, and greater than 16.6 mm for long-style.Conclusion: Coronary artery CTA can accurately measure and classify the length of the left main.
