Effect of Bailing Capsules Combined with Valsartan in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Chronic Glomerulonephritis and Its Influence on Renal Function and Inflammatory Response

摘要目的：分析百令胶囊与缬沙坦两药联用策略治疗老年慢性肾小球肾炎（CGN）的临床效果及对患者肾功能和炎症反应的影响。方法：86例老年CGN患者均来源于内蒙古自治区人民医院肾内科，收治时间为2022年1月—2023年12月，采用随机数字表法分组。对照组（n=43）行单药治疗策略，即缬沙坦口服，观察组（n=43）行两药联用策略，即缬沙坦+百令胶囊口服。对比两组临床疗效、治疗安全性及治疗前后肾功能指标[Scr、BUN、24 h尿蛋白定量（24 h UPQ）]、细胞免疫指标（CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+）、炎症因子（TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6）水平、肾纤维化指标[转化生长因子β1（TGF-β1）、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1（TIMP-1）、纤维连接蛋白（FN）]、生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）]。结果：与对照组（81.40%）比较，观察组总有效率（97.67%）高（P<0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较（6.98% vs 4.65%），差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组治疗12周
