Abstract Objective:To discuss clinical significance of dynamic monitoring the serum bilirubin,D–dimer(DD) in patients with acute cerebral infarctio(AMI).Method:78 patients with AMI were selected in our hospitals as AMI group,20 cases of health personn were selected from medical center for the same period as healthy group, serum bilirubin, DD level were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent method ,and analyzed change of serum bilirubin, DD level of AMI patients in hospital, the acute phase and after treatment serum bilirubin, DD level.Pearson analysis method were used to analyze the relationship between them.Result:AMI group patients bilirubin,DD expression level were higher than healthy group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).AMI patients in acute phase serum bilirubin,DD expression level were the highest, the expression level at hospitalization serum bilirubin,DD findings was the second, the expression level after treatment serum bilirubin,DD expression was the lowest(P<0.05).Pearson analysis results showed that the serum bilirubin level was positively correlated with DD level(r=0.689,P=0.689).Conclusion:AMI patients can cause and serum bilirubin,DD expression level change, and both are positively correlated, the dynamic monitoring the expression level of disease progression and the curative effect of patient evaluation have an important reference value.
