Abstract Objective:To investigate the safety and therapeutic effect of early rehabilitation treatment for cerebral hemorrhage patients with non-surgical treatment in intensive care unit(ICU).Method:Eighty-three cerebral hemorrhage patients with non-surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group with forty-two cases and control group with forty-one cases. The treatment group was treated with early rehabilitation measure, the control group was given conventional treatment. The recovery situation of neurological deficits and daily life ability were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment, the clinical neurological deficit scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment and significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).Barthel index scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than before treatment and significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).In the treatment group, the basic life activities of the patients recovered rapidly,twenty-eight patients(66.67%) achieved basic self-care living after fourteen days of treatment, twenty patients(47.61%) could walk independently. Conclusion:Early rehabilitation treatment can significantly improve basic life skills of cerebral hemorrhage patients with non-surgical treatment.Intensive rehabilitation must have professional rehabilitation team, early rehabilitation treatment conducted by professional therapists is safe and effective for intensive patients.
