Abstract Objective：To investigate the application effect of evidence-based nursing on advanced malignanttumor with intestinal obstruction.Method： 90 patients in our hospital were selected of the malignant tumor with intestinalobstruction，and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group，45 cases in each group. Thecontrol group was given conventional nursing，and the observation group was received evidence-based nursing.The twogroups of anus exhausted and defecated time，abdominal distension and abdominal pain relief time， hospitalization time，the nursing satisfaction，long-term nursing compliance，long-term quality of life and the treatment of efficient werecompared. Result： After the treatment of different nursing ，the confirmation of nursing observation group in the anusexhausted and defecated time， abdominal distension and abdominal pain relief time，and hospitalization time were shorterthan that of the control group.The nursing satisfaction，long-term nursing compliance， long-term quality of life and thetreatment of efficient were better than that of the control group.Conclusion： Evidence-based nursing has advantages inimproving the patient’s recovery progress， relieving symptoms ， shorten hospitalization time ， improving the quality oflife and the treatment of efficient.Meanwhile，it is helpful to promote communicating with doctors and nurses， nurses andpatients，improve nursing quality and patients compliance.
