Abstract Objective：To study the onset drug exosmosis causes clinical preventive measures and nursingmethods of phlebitis.Method： 1000 cases of patients admitted to our hospital data were analyzed， according to differentnursing methods of patients will be divided into two groups， the control group was given routine nursing preventionduring chemotherapy， the experimental group was given nursing intervention， effect of the two groups were compared forprevention and nursing.Result： 12 cases of phlebitis， phlebitis rate of 2.4%， lower than the 16% of the control group（P<0.05）.The treatment effect of the experimental group group was 96%， higher than the 78% of the control group（P<0.05）；the hospital care and satisfaction of the experimental group was 96% ， higher than 72% of the control group（P<0.05）. ADL scores for the he experimental group（ 16.2±3.7） points， physical function score was（ 59.6±7.5） points，psychological function score was（ 65.8±9.2） points， social function score was（ 57.2±6.5） points， were higher（ P<0.05）.Conclusion：Department of hematology， extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs induced phlebitis incidence rate is high，the clinical application of nursing intervention for the prevention and nursing effect is ideal， it is worth to promote the use.
