Abstract Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of liquid-based cytology test for cervical cancer screening.Method:450 females received cervical cancer screening in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 were selected.The patients received two kinds of examination ways,and the patients were divided into two groups according to examination ways.The control group received pap smear method,and the research group received liquid-based cytology test.The positive condition of two groups was analyzed,and the biopsy status was compared and analyzed under colposcope.Result:The satisfactory rate and the positive rate of the research group was 92.89%(418/450)and 49.56%(223/450),they were significantly higher than 70.00%(315/450) and 24.22%(109/450) of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the coincidence rate of CINⅡ-Ⅲ level in the research group was 23.77%(53/223),it was significantly higher than 3.67%(4/109)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liquid-based cytology test for cervical cancer screening not only has high application value,but also can significantly improve the clinical detection rate of patients with cervical cancer,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
