The Application of Mixed Anesthesia on the Mandibular Molar Extraction |

Abstract Objective:To explore the anesthetic efficacy of lidocaine block anesthesia mixed articaine infiltration anesthesia on the mandibular molar extraction.Method:60 patients were randomly divided into three groups,each group had 20 cases. The 1st group was injected lidocaine 5 mL with block anesthesia,the 2nd group was injected articaine 1.7 Ml with infiltration anesthesia,the 3rd group was given mixed anesthesia,the 1st group + the 2nd group.Result:The anesthesia effect of the 3rd group was better than the other two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mixed anesthesia on the mandibular molar extraction can get good effect, it is fit for clinical use.
