Abstract Objective： To explore the clinical value of nephron carcinoma resection. Method： Our hospital from 2010 to 2010 nephron kidney cancer resection 41 cases and kidney cancer radical resection of 47 cases of medical records in kidney cancer radical resection were selected for control group， with nephron kidney cancer resection as the experimental group， to analyze the effect of the two groups. Result： Two groups successfully completed， and an average length of hospital stay of the two groups were both 11 d clinical stages were T1N0M0， and intraoperative blood loss in operation time and survival rate had no significant differences（ P>0.05）， but the experimental group had a good quality assessment（ P<0.05）. Conclusion： Retain the nephron kidney cancer resection of postoperative life quality is much better than that of radical excision group of patients， has higher clinical value and practical significance.
