| Effect Analysis of ProSeal Laryngeal Mask Combined with Sufentanil Applicated in Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery |

Abstract Objective：To investigate effects of the ProSeal laryngeal mask combined with sufentanil applicated in gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Method：90 patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into all 45 cases in ProSeal laryngeal mask anesthesia combined with sufentanil group（ laryngeal mask combination group） and in endotracheal intubation combined with sufentanil anesthesia group（ intubation combined group）. Mean arterial pressure（ MAP） and heart rate（ HR） at T0， T1， T2， T3， T4， T5， peak airway pressure（ Ppeak） and end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure（ PETCO2） 5 min before and after pneumoperitoneum； wake time after surgery， related complications were recorded in two groups.Result：MAP， HR at T1 were lower than at T0 in two groups（ P<0.05）. MAP， HR at T2，T3，T5 point in the patients of intubation combination group were higher than that in the laryngeal mask combination group（ P<0.05）. Ventilation Ppeak， PETCO2 during intermittent positive pressure showed statistically significant between two groups（ P<0.05）. Recovery time in laryngeal mask combined group is shorter than the intubated combination group（ P<0.05）； Complications in patients with laryngeal mask combination group were less than intubation group（ P<0.05）.Conclusion：The effects of ProSeal laryngeal mask combined with sufentanil are better than the
laryngeal mask combination group for laparoscopic gynecological surgery. Which had good security， stable hemodynamics，shorter recovery time， less complication， operating simple， it should be widely applied.
