Abstract Objective：To evaluate efficacy of the stellate ganglion block and manipulation on treating sympathetic cervical spondylosis.Method：80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group（ n=40） and control group（ n=40）.The manipulation treatment was used on treatment group； meanwhile the stellate ganglion block on control group. The treatment was administered in 20 days in a row . The clinical data and vertebral basilar artery blood flow changes were collected from two groups of patients.Result：There was no significance in treatment efficacy difference between two groups（ P>0.05）. The difference is statistically significant between the two groups in blood flow velocity before and after treatment（ P<0.05）. Conclusion：The manipulation on treating sympathetic cervical spondylosis is a perfect treatment，can be used individually to treat sympathetic type of cervical spondylosis.
