Abstract Objective：To analyze lifestyle interventions used in physical examination population with high risk of chronic disease.Method：We selected 1000 chronic disease in high-risk population from June 2014 to June 2013 in our hospital for health examination as the research object， according to the results of physical examination and questionnaire survey results to formulated and implemented of the lifestyle intervention program， physical examination index，biochemical changes and cardiovascular risk factors were compared before and after the intervention of high-risk chronic disease in physical examination population.Result：After the intervention， research object BMI， waist circumference，systolic and diastolic blood pressure improved significantly higher than those before intervention， the differences were statistically significant（ P<0.05）.After the intervention， the research object of fasting blood glucose， TC， TG， HDL-C and LDL-C was significantly better than before the intervention， the differences were statistically significant（ P<0.05）.
Conclusion：Strengthen lifestyle intervention can effectively improve the unhealthy lifestyle of physical examination population with high risk of chronic disease， effective control of risk factors of chronic diseases， and is worthy of further inquiry.
