Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical application effect of nursing intervention in micro hand surgery，summarize nursing experience.Method：90 patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.45 patients of control group were treated with conventional care；the intervention group were treated with comprehensivenursing intervention.Relevant indicators of the two groups were compared.Result： The complication rate， recovery rate in the intervention group were 17.78%，73.33% ，which were better than 46.67%， 51.11% in the control group，hospitalization， patient compliance， patient satisfaction in the intervention group were（ 16.83±7.43）d，（95.82±3.23）points，（94.36±4.53）points，which were better than（ 19.36±11.47）d，（79.39±11.80）points，（84.25±5.35）points in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing intervention applied in hand surgery microsurgery can effectively inhibit concurrency，improve the therapeuticeffect of rehabilitation，promote patient compliance，thereby improving patient satisfaction.
