Abstract Objective：To study the nursing path in cervical curvature application effect in the process of massage therapy. Method：60 patients with cervical curvature disease in our hospital orthopaedic clinic from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected，they were divided into observation group and control group，which controls the conventional nursing methods，the observation group nursing path scheme，adopt the same visual method combined with Borden method measuring and X-ray，the effect of two groups of patient care were observed. Result：The nursing efficiency and satisfaction of the observation group were obviously higher than that of the control group，and the length of time significantly shorter than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion：Nursing path in patients with cervical curvature scheme can effectively improve the cervical curvature，shorten hospitalization time，nursing effect is remarkable，is worth further promotion in the clinical practice.
