Abstract Objective：To observe the safety of transverse incision jacking method of extraperitoneal cesarean section.Method：1210 cases with caesarean section from 3810 pregnant women in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were selected，1200 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group，600 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional intraperitoneal cesarean operation，the treatment group was treated with
transverse incision jacking method of extraperitoneal cesarean section.The intraoperative and postoperative observation index and complications between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The total time of cut skin to birth，total operation time，postoperative transfusion time，duration of indwelling urinary catheter，and start eating time intestinal exhaust time and hospitalization time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group，intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than the control group，the postoperative fever rate was significantly lower than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Transverse incision jacking method of extraperitoneal cesarean has faster postoperative recovery，less complications and satisfactory clinical effect，is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
