| Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Treatment of Cirrhosis with Upper Digestive Tract Hemorrhage |

Abstract Objective：To observe the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with liver cirrhosis and upper digestive tract bleeding. Method：60 patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in our hospital from March 2012 to September 2014 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into two groups. The control group were given routine nursing care，the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The rescue success rate， complication rate， the amount of bleeding， hospitalization time， nursing satisfaction and the rate of rebleeding in half a year were compared between the two groups.Result：In observation group，the amount of bleeding and the hospitalization time were lower than that of the control group； The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.The rescue success rate between the two groups had no significant gnificant difference（ P>0.05）.The rebleeding rate and complication rate of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（ P<0.05）. Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing on patients with liver cirrhosis and upper digestive tract hemorrhage can effectively improve patients’ physical and mental state， stop bleeding， reduce the incidence of complications and the rate of rebleeding and improve the prognosis. The effect is remarkable.
