| The Research of Both Sides of a Small Abdominal Incision Retroperitoneal Drainage on Acute Pancreatitis Fluid Accumulation |

Abstract Objective：To study the effect of both sides of a small abdominal incision retroperitoneal drainage research on acute pancreatitis fluid accumulation.Method：66 severe acute pancreatitis patients with fluid accumulation who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to September 2014 were selected by random sampling method，they were divided into study group （33 cases） and control group（ 33 cases） according to the treatment methods.The control group was given laparotomy drainage treatment，while the study group was given both sides of the abdominal peritoneum incision and drainage treatment，and then the volume of drainage，the extubation time，hospital stay and adverse events of the two groups were analyzed.Result：The volume of drainage of the study group was significantly more than that of the control group（P<0.05），the extubation time and length of hospital stay were significantly shorter compared with the control group（P<0.05），the incidence of adverse events of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of both sides of a small abdominal incision retroperitoneal drainage on acute pancreatitis fluid accumulation is significant，so it is worthy of promotion.
