| Discussion of the Value of Detected Project in Routine Physical Examination of 178 Cases of Malignant Tumors |

Abstract Objective：To explore the value of routine examination in each healthy of the detection of malignant tumors. Method：95 267 cases of healthy information in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed， and 179 cases of cancer diagnosed by histopathology were grouped by tumor category， inspection methods to compare detection rate and constituent ratio.Result：Ultrasound detected up to 110 cases， followed by 37 cases of radiation in the 179 cases of cancer diagnosed by histopathology.The total positive rate of malignant tumor was 1.879 per thousand.Ultrasound showed the highest detection rate was 1.155 per thousand， followed by radiation 0.388%.Conclusion：Cancer screening has become one of the important objective of health examination， and ultrasound has obvious advantages in the detection of malignant tumor.It was followed by radiation.
