| Investigation and Analysis of the Level and Influencing Factors of General Self-efficacy in Ovarian Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy |

Abstract Objective：To learn the level of general self-efficacy and its influencing factors in ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and explore the possible countermeasures to improve self-efficacy.Method：82 cases of ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy from a certain hospital of Shanxi selected as research objects by using convenience sampling method were investigated by a general patient questionnaire and the general self-efficacy scale，then their general self-efficacy levels and influencing factors were analyzed.Result：Mean score of general self-efficacy of 82 cases of ovarian cancer patients
undergoing chemotherapy was（ 23.40±6.46），of which only 17 cases（20.73%） showed a high level of self-efficacy.The level of self-efficacy of patients with different age，permanent residence，education level，family income，clinical stage of disease，course of the disease，chemotherapy times was statistically significant.Conclusion：Ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy had a low level of General Self-efficacy，so when develop nursing interventions and do patient follow-up，nurses should assess the level of general self-efficacy in patients，also should looking for possible influencing factors and supply appropriate interventions to improve self-efficacy.
