Abstract Objective:To compare the outpatient antibiotics use and rationality in 2010 and 2014,which reflect the outcome of The Special Rectification Activities of Clinical Use of Antibiotics in our hospital.Method: A retrospective study was made through randomly collecting five thousand prescriptions in two years before and after The Special Rectification Activities of Clinical Use of Antibiotics, to analysis the use of outpatient antibiotics in our hospital about the variety of antimicrobial agents, usage rate,DDDs and DUI for each drug, the reasonableness of antibiotics, et al. Result:The usage rate of outpatients antibiotics and the numbers of irrational prescriptions,significantly decreased in 2014 compared with pre-rectification in 2010;the condition of DUI for single drug was rarely seen in 2014. Conclusion:After The Special Rectification Activities of Clinical Use of Antibiotics,the use of antimicrobial agents in outpatient gradually standardized;the consumption of antimicrobial agents and unreasonable proportions were significantly reduced.
