| Clinical Application of Acupotomy with Ozone in the Treatment of Refractory Rotator Cuff Pain |

Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical effect of acupotomy with ozone in the treatment of refractory rotator cuff pain.Method：100 cases of patients with refractory rotator cuff pain in our hospital，were randomly divided into the control and observation group with 50 cases of each group.The ontrol group used local injection， the observation group used acupotomy with ozone.The range of shoulder joint motion， shoulder joint pain level and efficacy of two groups were
compared.Result：The range of shoulder joint motion in both groups was increased， and the observation group increased more significantly， the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The VAS score in both groups was decreased，and the observation group decreased more significantly， the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The observation group treatment excellent and good rate was 96.0% higher than the control group 72.0%（ P<0.05）. Conclusion：Acupotomy with ozone is better than local injection in the treatment of refractory rotator cuff pain.It is safe and simple， little trauma， worthy of promotion and application.
