| Study on Functional Recovery of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention Influencing Stroke Patients with dysphagia |

Abstract Objective：To observe the role and efficacy of early rehabilitation nursing in improving function recovery in patients with stroke with dysphagia.Method：66 stroke with dysphagia patients were observed，control group was given conventional treatment，observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of control group，two groups were observed in the cure rate，Watian drinking water test， and mental state assessment survey.Result：The
cure rate in observation group was 70.59%，significantly higher than that of 21.88% in control group，the difference between two groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Patients in two groups after treatment，Watian drinking water test had been improved，observation group compared with control group，improved more obviously（P<0.05）. Mental state（SAS，SDS），self-esteem（ SES） and other related life quality scores，observation group was significantly better than control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Early rehabilitation nursing intervention can help stroke patients with dysphagia swallowing functional improvement，improve the psychological status of the patients.
