Abstract Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler er ultrasound（ TVCDS）combined with the colposcopy’s detection in early cervical carcinoma（ ICC） and precancerous lesions（CIN）.Method：120 cases of suspected patients with early cervical cancer and precancerous lesions were treated TVCDS underwent colposcopy examination， histopathological examination confirmed CIN42 cases，ICC34 cases， 44 cases of
cervical inflammation， analysis of early ICC， CIN and cervical inflammation TVCDS sonogram performance and joint diagnosis ICC，CIN accuracy， specificity and sensitivity.Result：（1）This situation could be discovered that the incidence and severity of cervical increases were higher than cervical inflammation for early CIN and ICC， because of the higher incidence of abnormal with the cervical canal endometrial line，and the richer of blood flow than cervical inflammation， so the difference were statistically significant（P<0.05）.（2）The examination method sensitivity，specificity and accuracy of TVCDS combined with the colposcopy which was significantly higher than only TVCDS examination，and the difference were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：As the method can be improved the diagnostic accuracy rate with ICC and CIN that is TVCDS combine with the colposcopy，so there have a higher clinical value to formulate the early treatment plan.
