Abstract Objective:To explore the significance of F-PSA/T-PSA ratio in combination with magnetic resonance (NMR) and rectal ultrasound via the perineum prostate biopsy to improve early detection of prostate cancer.Method:86 patients with suspected prostate biopsy of prostate nodules were selected in our Hospital as research subjects from January 2009 to September 2013, whose clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized, the significance of F PSA/T PSA ratio combing magnetic resonance( NMR) and rectal ultrasound via the perineum prostate biopsy to improved early detection of prostate cancer were discussed.Result: The coincidence rate, sensitivity and specificity of joint examinations of serum F-PSA/T-PSA, magnetic resonance and TURS were obviously higher than that of the separate three tests abovementioned, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:F-PSA/T-PSA ratio combining magnetic resonance( NMR) and rectal ultrasound via the perineum prostate biopsy to improve early detection of prostate cancer delivers important clinically diagnostic significance, it can improve the diagnostic accuracy, and provide reliable basis for early treatment of patients,it is worth of wide application in clinical practices and promotion.
