Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Flunarizine combined with Tiapride for the patients with migraine.Method：60 patients with migraine in our hospital from June 2011 to October 2013 were randomly divided into the control group（Flunarizine treatment group）of 30 cases and treatment group（Flunarizine combined with Tiapride group）of 30 cases， then the quantify symptom score of two group before the treatment and after the treatment were compared， The difference in efficacy between the two groups after completion of treatment were also been counted.Result：After 2 monthes of treatment， the cure rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group，no efficiency was significantly lower than the control group， and the total effective rate was 90.0% which was significantly higher than the 73.3% of control group， he differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.After 2 monthes of treatment， the quantify symptom scores of pain， headache frequency and duration were all lower than those indexes of control group， the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The influence of Flunarizinecombined with Tiapride for the patient with migraine is great， and it is more effective for the improvement of migraine symptoms.
