Humane Nursing Intervention of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Patients |

Abstract Objective: To investigate the implications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients’mental status and satisfaction which nursed by human care. Method: To select 100 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy which admitted in our hospital in recent years, then randomly divided them into control group and observation group. The control group was cared by basis model, the observation group was cared by humane care model. The mental status of the two groups was rated by SCL-90 scale. The satisfaction of patients was investigated by an anonymous questionnaire survey. Result: After care, the mental status of the two groups were improved. But by contrast, the score of the observation group after care was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference had statistically significant( P<0.05).About satisfaction, the observation group reached 100%, the control group was only 92.0%, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of humane care model can help patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy adjust their attitude better, enhance the nursing satisfaction. It has clinical promotional value.
