Abstract Objective：To study the value of adenosine deaminase from pleural effusions and T-SPOT in diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy.Method：Selected 112 cases of tuberculous patients as the observation group，42 cases of patiens with non-tuberculous exudative pleural effusion to the control group， two groups of patients were detected both ADA and T-Spot.Result：Two groups of patients with Pleural effusion test results，the sensitivity of ADA and T-Spot were 87.50% and 89.28%，respectively.The specificity of ADA and T-Spot were 88.09% and 92.85%.Combination of two methods of detection positive rate was 95.54%.Two detection methods there was statistically different（ P<0.05）.Conclusion：Combination of two methods can improve the positive rate，the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy provide a good basis，a better laboratory diagnostic tool，has a high value and broad application prospects.
