Abstract Objective: The expression and significance of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in children with influenza A virus pneumonia and respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia in -1, in order to guide the clinical treatment and prevention. Method: In our hospital from pneumonia in children, according to the reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction results were divided into FA group( A influenza virus positive) 36 cases, group RSV( respiratory syncytial virus positive) in 22 cases, at the same time in healthy children at our hospital physical examination 41 cases as control group, serum sICAM-1 were compared between the three groups children’s value. Result: In FA group and RSV group, serum sICAM-1 values were higher than those in the control group, there was significant difference( P<0.05).Conclusion: The expression of A increased the level of sICAM-1 influenza virus pneumonia and respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia in children, which is one of the important inflammatory airway inflammation in children, can provide clinical treatment with anti adhesion therapy and anti-inflammatory, inhibiting inflammatory factors to provide evidence.
