| Observing Life Quality of Chemotherapy with Concurrent Radiotherapy Treating Gastric Cancer Patients |

Abstract Objective：To explore the influence on the quality of life for the patients with gastric cancer by chemotherapy combine with concurrent radiotherapy.Method：116 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into observation group（n=58） and control group（n=58）. The control group was treated by chemotherapy， on the basis of the control group， the observation group was treated by concurrent radiotherapy. The body weight changes， appetite change， the scores of KPS， sleep quality， survival rate for 1 year， 2 year， 3 year were compared for the two groups. Result：The scores of KPS posttreatment for the observation group were higher than the control group（ P<0.05）. There was no significant difference on the scores of KPS between prior treatment and posttreatment for the observation group （P>0.05）. The scores of KPS posttreatment for the control group were lower than prior treatment（P<0.05）. The total effective rate of the body weight changes， appetite change for the observation group were higher than the control group （P<0.05）. The sleep quality for the observation group were better than the control group（P<0.05）. The survival rate for 1， 2， 3 year for the observation group were higher than the control group（ P<0.05）. Conclusion：It can improve the quality of life for the patients with gastric cancer by chemotherapy combine with concurrent radiotherapy， the patients has good appetite， low change of body weight， sleep quality is good， it has high survival rate for 1 year， 2 year， 3 year. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
