Abstract Objective：To investigate the expression of IL-27 and LTB4 and its clinical significance in non-small cell lung cancer.Method：The expression levels of IL-27 and LTB4 were determined by Immunohistochemical SP method，in 60 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and normal lung tissue.Result：Total positive expression rates of IL-27 and LTB4 were 41.67%， 63.33%， the positive rate of various detection indicators between lung cancer and the control group were different（ P<0.05）.The expression of IL-27 and LTB4 were related with the degree of tumor differentiation（ P<0.05），The expression of IL-27 was related with TNM stage of lung cancer（ P<0.05）， had nothing to do with the pathological type（ P>0.05）.The expression of LTB4 had no means with histological type and TNM stage（ P>0.05）， there was a close correlation between IL-27 and LTB4.Conclusion：The expression levels of IL-27 and LTB4 were closely related to pathogenesis and development in lung cancer.Detection simultaneously， There are important significance for lung cancer clinic diagnosis and assessment of the degree of malignancy and prognosis.
