Abstract Objective： To evaluate the effect of the implementation of community nursing intervention in patients with cerebral apoplexy， promote the community nursing work， improve the recognition of community residents for community nursing work. Method： 84 patients with cerebral apoplexy accepted community nursing intervention， including health education， diet guidance， psychology guidance， exercise guidance， medication guide， life guidance. Result： After 10 months community nursing intervention， patients’ awareness rate of related disease knowledge increased obviously， from 23.8% to 85.7%. And， according to the medical， reasonable movement， quit alcohol limit took a turn for the better，with significant difference compared before community nursing intervention. Conclusion： Community nursing intervention can promote physical recovery， prevent disease recurrence， improve treatment effect.
