Abstract Objective：To compare and analyze the efficacy and safty of Dezocine in epidural analgesia after operation.Method：60 patients who operated abdominal surgery in our hospital from August 2013 to February 2014 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into control group and experiment group，30 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated with morphine， and the patients in experiment group were treated with dezocine.The VAS score and adverse reactions were compared between two groups after analgesia.Result：There were no significant difference in analgesia effect of all the time between experiment group and control group.The incidence of adverse reactions were lower in experiment group of 6.7% than in control group of 56.7%，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Dezocine in epidural analgesia after operation is good， the incidence of adverse reactions is low， and it is worthy of further widespread application in clinic.
