Abstract Objective:To explore the effect of pantients upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage after endoscopic operation by intestinal administration of Rabeprazole(Pariet) through triple lumen feeding tube.Method:82 patients with actue nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding were treated hemostasis under endoscopy and were involved in this prospective random control test. The experimental group of 45 patients were treated with indwelling three cavity gastric tube and intestinal Pollitt applications, and the control group of 37 cases were treated with indwelling traditional stomach tube and intravenous omeprazole injection, the gastric pH,rebleeding rate and the complications rate of two groups were compared and observed.Result:The differences of gastric pH,rebleeding rate and incidence of upper gastrointestinal tract perforation of the two groups were no statistically significant(P>0.05).The experimental group had lesser degree of complications,it could decrease the amount of intravenous fluids and stable blood sugar. Conclusion:The effect of the patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage after endoscopic operation by intestinal administration of Rabeprazole(Pariet) through triple lumen feeding tube is satisfactory. It is especially suitable for application in patients with cardiac insufficiency and diabetes.
