| Comparison on the Effect of Compound Danshen Injection and 50% Magnesium Sulfate Solution Wet Packing in Treatment of Neonatal Transfusion Exosmose |

Abstract Objective：To observe and compare the clinical effect of compound Danshen injection and 50% Magnesium sulfate solution wet packing in treatment of neonatal transfusion exosmose. Method：131 newborn with intravenous infusion in our hospital were chosen from September 2011 to July 2014.All patients had symptoms of infusion extravasation and were randomly divided into the control group of 65 cases and the observation group of 66 cases.The control group was given 50% magnesium sulfate wet solution treatment，while the observation group was treated by compound Danshen injection.The swelling time， onset time， the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of two groups were compared. Result：The start swelling time，the complete detumescence time and the effective time of observation group were respectively（ 2.78±0.57）h，（9.12±1.13）h and（ 5.73±0.63）h，while those time in the control group were respectively（ 5.61±1.49）h，（16.32±1.43）h and（ 10.54±1.05）h，the observation group were shorter than those of the control group ，the differences were statistically significance（P<0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were respectively 98.48% and 73.85%，the observation group was higher than that of control group，the difference was statistically significance（P<0.05）.The observation group had no obvious adverse reaction，while the occurrence of adverse reactions in the control group was 12.31%，the observation group was significantly better than the control group ，the difference was statistically significance（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Neonatal transfusion exosmosis with compound Danshen injection has fast acting，good effect and high safety，it is worth popularization.
