Abstract Objective: To explore the function of clinical nursing pathway in the skin nursing of obstructive jaundice patients. Method: 120 obstructive jaundice patients were assigned into observation group and control group on average. The control group received the traditional nursing mode, and the observation group accepted clinical nursing pathway. The effects of the two groups were observed. Result: In the observation group, 56 cases were cured, 3 cases had marked effect, 1 case was effective and 0 case had no effect, while in the control group, 46 cases were cured, 5 cases had marked effect, 5 cases were effective, and 4 cases without effect. Conclusion: The planned nursing according to the clinical nursing pathway is effective in improving the skin symptoms and relieving the pain at most.
