Abstract Objective：To explore the effects of postoperative pain care on postoperative pain and comfort of cesarean section，and to provide the reference for clinical nursing in the future.Method：Six hundred maternal admitted by the hospital from July 1， 2013 to December 31， 2013 undergoing cesarean delivery of maternal for the first time were selected as research subjects，who divided into two groups according to different methods of nursing， the control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was given postoperative pain care， nursing effects in two groups were compared.Result：The feeling comfort in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Effective pain care applied on patients who underwent cesarean delivery can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with postoperative pain，improve comfort and care satisfaction of patients，faciliate postoperative health recovery of patients as soon as possible，being worthy of widely application and promotion in clinical practices.
