Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of oral rehabilitation after treatment for elderly patients.Method：80 patients with elderly oral disease in our department from June 2012 to November 2013 were selected as research objects.After oral examination，they were chosen corresponding therapy according to condition，the clinical effects after treatment were investigated.Result：All patients with a follow-up of 1 year after the discovery，in 47 male patients，19 cases were cured，15 cases were markedly effective，10 cases were effective，the clinical total effective rate was 93.6%.In 33 female patients，5 cases were cured，10 cases were markedly effective，15 cases were effective，the clinical total effective rate was 90.9%.Conclusion：The effect of oral rehabilitation for elderly patients is obvious，is worth using for reference.
