Abstract Objective: To discuss Ultrasound assessment of the artery endothelial function value and analyze
the relationship with atherosclerosis. Method: 43 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from March 2008 to August 2012 in our Hospital as atherosclerosis group, at the same time to choose a medical section 43 cases normal adults as control group, all the patients received color Doppler ultrasound to arterial endothelial function in each parameter detection, to analyze the relationship endothelial function and the hardening of the arteries by Logistic Regression Analysis.Result: Atherosclerosis group with carotid artery plaque incidence, carotid artery, carotid artery - in the film thickness.
was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Atherosclerosis
group endothelial diastolic ability significantly was lower than the control group patients( P<0.05). Logistic regression
analysis results showed that, carotid of plaques, carotid artery-in the film thickness, endothelial diastolic ability was a
risk factor for coronary atherosclerosis. Conclusion: Ultrasonic testing can effectively assess artery endothelial function,
carotid of plaques, carotid artery-in the film thickness, endothelial diastolic ability has close relationship with coronary
atherosclerosis, it’s expected to become the index of prognosis of atherosclerosis.
