Abstract Objective：To explore the application and nursing experience of intravascular ultrasound in the coronary stent implantation. Method： 80 patients who chose the coronary stent implantation under intravascular ultrasound in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were regarded as research group. At the same time， 80 patients who chose the coronary stent implantation with the use of coronary angiogram were considered as the control group. The application effect of intravascular ultrasound in the coronary stent implantation and the patients’ satisfaction of nursing were compared and analyzed. Result：The efficacy in research group was much higher than that in control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion： The application effect of intravascular ultrasound in coronary stent implantation is remarkable and the patients’satisfaction on nursing is rather high.It is worth application and population.
